Dr. Michelle Pouliot – Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Michelle J. Pouliot is a naturopathic physician specializing in women’s health care. She received her naturopathic doctorate degree from Bastyr University in 1991, and received a B.S. in Biochemistry and Animal Behavior from the University of Massachusetts in 1981.
For 22 years, Dr. Pouliot has had a medical practice in northwest Connecticut where she has focused on helping women with hormonal issues such as PMS, endometriosis, menopause syndrome, sexual health, osteoporosis and weight management. She has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut.
And if all that was not enough, for the past 8 years, Dr. Pouliot has taught full day seminars throughout the U.S to physicians and other healthcare providers on PMS, Menopause, Sexual Health and Osteoporosis.
As a side note, Dr. Pouliot has been following the epidemiology and the treatment of vitamin D3 deficiency in her patient population since 2005, well before many other practitioners had woken to the importance of Vitamin D.
